change the usual

i go every day from A to B. same way, same people, same trees, same streets,... 

recently i've decided to take different routes to reach the same places, meet other people, do different activities. you would be surprised by the results. 

the modern society is leading us to new phones, live tv shows and so many other factors that in my opinion are shallowing our lives. 

try for one day to lift your eyes from the phone while walking and look around. take another way to shop, school or work. go out instead of staying home. try to change the usual pattern. it's might sounds like a small change but it might change a lot
