i entered my first photo competition ever. i submitted my image and got into finals. i didn't win but i'm quite happy to be in the finals at least. it's more then i thought i would achieve. anyhow here's the image for your pleasure and maybe bit of a laugh;-)

after such a long time i'm back with my recent work and projects. i feel i'm being torn into two worlds of photography. one is clean, polished and stylised and the other is raw, romantic and dreamy. i guess that my images might show the clear line between those two worlds. i also decided that i won't be writing much on those blogs as i'm having trouble to express myself in my own mother tongue- so i'm not going to even try it in english. hopefully my images will tell bit of a story for me. so.... enjoy

recently she agreed to be photographed by me. i took some shots trying to capture her gentle, warm and extremely friendly persona. her music reflects some of my favourite musicians including leonard cohen, pj harvey and tori amos.

change the usual

i go every day from A to B. same way, same people, same trees, same streets,... 

recently i've decided to take different routes to reach the same places, meet other people, do different activities. you would be surprised by the results. 

the modern society is leading us to new phones, live tv shows and so many other factors that in my opinion are shallowing our lives. 

try for one day to lift your eyes from the phone while walking and look around. take another way to shop, school or work. go out instead of staying home. try to change the usual pattern. it's might sounds like a small change but it might change a lot

i was asked recently to do headshots for an actress who's moving to LA. after the shoot i asked her to do some shots for me and she agreed. so here are some of my results.

so many good things

so many good things happening at the same time- great time of my life at the moment. new lens on the way, portfolio book printed, new book( helmut newton- sumo) arrived, james brown from london and others.

i've done a shoot for magazine called north side. should be out soon.

while setting up i took some other shots which actually turned out to be my favourites. they won't be used in magazine though. but i hope you will enjoy them...
